Conditions & Limits on Supply

Time

• The website takes orders 24/7. Orders are processed on working days, usually within 24 working hours.
• A bank-transfer payment must be completed within 5 minutes of placing the order (plus about 1 minute for the transfer to arrive). After that, an unpaid order is cancelled automatically within a few minutes and the items go back into stock.
• We don't take pre-orders for items that are out of stock.

Area

We deliver only within Vietnam, to addresses Viettel Post serves. We don't ship internationally yet.

Who can buy

You need to sign in with a Google or Apple account to place an order. Accounts are for people aged 18 or over; by using the service you confirm this, under the Terms.

Quantity

• No minimum quantity.
• The most you can order is limited by the stock of each colour and size at the time of ordering.

Availability

Ordering may be briefly unavailable during website maintenance, technical problems on our side or at our providers (website hosting, database, banks, Viettel Post), or force majeure. Items may sell out or be discontinued; the product page will say so.
