How to Return
Request a Return
Open the order in your account and tap "Request a return", or fill in the form on the Returns page (you need the order number and the email of the account you ordered with). Each order has one return request.
Package Your Items
Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags attached
Viettel Post Collects It
Once we approve the request, we book Viettel Post to collect the parcel from the order's delivery address; we pay the pickup. The tracking number and return label appear on your return request page: print the label or write the tracking number on the parcel, then hand it to the Viettel Post courier.
Receive Refund
After we receive and check the item, we refund you by bank transfer to the account you give us, within 3–5 working days.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired size. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees the item you want is available. Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
