Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags attached
Ship to Us
Pack items securely and ship to our store address, or drop off in person. Return shipping costs (15,000 VND) are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Receive Refund
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Store credit is also available if preferred.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired size. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees the item you want is available. Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
