By creating an account, placing an order, or browsing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate colors and images, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product.
Orders and Payments
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All orders are paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) within Hanoi only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please include the original packing slip in your return package. Return shipping costs (15,000 VND) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please visit our Returns page for detailed instructions.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver within Hanoi only. Shipping is a flat rate of 15,000 VND per order, or FREE for orders over 500,000 VND. Delivery times are estimates (typically 1-2 business days) and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
Limitation of Liability
House of Abyss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
