Listed prices

Prices are listed in Vietnamese đồng (VND) on product pages, in the cart and at checkout. They are the final price of the product, including any taxes that apply; no tax is added at checkout.

Shipping fee

Product prices don't include shipping. Viettel Post calculates the fee from the delivery address, the order's weight and the delivery service you choose; the estimated fee is shown at checkout before you place the order. If Viettel Post's system can't give a rate at that moment, a flat 15,000 VND fee applies. The order's final amount uses the product prices and shipping fee at the time you order, and is stated in the order confirmation email.

Discounts

• Each account's first order gets 20% off the product price.
• Referral credit: when a new account signed up through your referral link receives its first order, you get 20% off the product price of one later order. Credit can't be exchanged for cash or transferred, and isn't given back if the order it was used on is cancelled.
• One discount per order; the first-order discount comes first. The discount is shown before you place the order.

Other costs

Apart from the product price and the shipping fee, we charge nothing else: no separate fee for cash on delivery or bank transfer, and we pay for Viettel Post to collect returns.

Price changes

Prices may change over time. An order you've placed keeps the price it was placed at. If a price was shown wrongly because of a technical error, we'll contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel it at no cost.

Fees for sellers

Not applicable: houseofabyss.com sells only its owner's own products. There are no other sellers on the platform, and no one is charged service fees.
