Shipping Fee

The shipping fee is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, the order's weight and the service you choose. If Viettel Post's system can't give a rate at that moment, a flat 15,000 VND fee applies.

Carrier and delivery methods

Every order is delivered by Viettel Post to the address you give, with the service you choose at checkout: standard, express or super express. Which services are offered depends on the route.

Order information during delivery

When we prepare your shipment, it's booked with Viettel Post; from then on the Track Order page (order number and account email) shows the Viettel Post tracking number and the latest delivery status, updated automatically from Viettel Post. You get an email when we prepare your shipment and when it's out for delivery. You can use the tracking number to see the full journey on Viettel Post's own system.

Checking the parcel on delivery

You may look at the goods on delivery (open the parcel to check design, colour, size and quantity) before paying or signing for it; trying on isn't allowed. If something is wrong or damaged, you can refuse the parcel and tell us under the Complaints Policy.

If the parcel can't be delivered

Viettel Post will contact you to try again. If it still can't be delivered, the parcel comes back to us; we'll contact you to deliver it again or refund what you paid, by bank transfer to the account you give us, within 3–5 working days.
