Payment Instructions | House of Abyss

We offer two payment methods for orders placed on our website, both available nationwide.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay in cash directly to the Viettel Post courier when your order arrives. No payment is required upfront — simply place your order and pay when you receive it.

Bank Transfer

After you place an order by bank transfer, the payment page shows a VietQR code made for that order, with the amount and the transfer note filled in (starting with SEVQR, then the order number). When the right amount arrives with the right note, the order is confirmed automatically and the page moves on to your order confirmation; since you've paid in advance, nothing more is collected on delivery. If you transfer manually, enter the account number, amount and note exactly as shown on the payment page.

Transfer deadline

A bank-transfer order must be paid within 5 minutes of placing it. After that (plus about 1 minute for the transfer to arrive), an unpaid order is cancelled automatically within a few minutes and the items go back into stock. If money arrives after the order was cancelled, or you transfer less than the total, the order isn't confirmed; contact us with the account to refund and we'll return the full amount.

Refunds

Every refund (an accepted return, an order cancelled after payment, a transfer that arrived after the order expired, or a transfer that was too little or too much) is paid by bank transfer to the account you give us, within 3–5 working days, including for cash-on-delivery orders. We contact you by email or phone to ask for the account to refund to.

Discounts and credit

Each account's first order gets 20% off the product price. Referral credit: when a new account signed up through your referral link receives its first order, you get 20% off the product price of one later order. One discount per order, and the first-order discount comes first. Credit can't be exchanged for cash or transferred, is used only on houseofabyss.com, and isn't given back if the order it was used on is cancelled. See the Pricing Policy.
