How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your items, choose your size, and add to cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase. You can checkout as a guest or create an account for faster future orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Hanoi. Online payment options will be available soon. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We currently deliver within Hanoi only. Delivery time is 1-2 business days. Shipping is a flat 15,000₫ or FREE for orders over 500,000₫. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at customers@houseofabyss.com with your order number.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Include the original packing slip in your return package. Return shipping (15,000₫) is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective. Start a return from your account order page, or fill the form at /returns/request. You can also message us on Instagram @houseofabyss.
How do I find my correct size?
Check our Size Guide page for detailed measurements and fitting tips. Each product page also includes specific sizing information. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Hanoi. Shipping to other cities will be available in the near future. Follow us on social media for updates.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the courier's website to track your package.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
How do I care for my House of Abyss garments?
Care instructions vary by item. Check the garment label and product page for specific instructions. Generally, we recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry to preserve the quality and fit.
